Sheiness, Glover & Grossman, L.L.P. is a Houston law firm that is large enough to serve corporate requirements while small enough to serve individual needs. The firm's three partners all have substantial litigation experience - from 28 years to more than 35 years in active practice in state and federal courts. We also have a number of highly-skilled associate attorneys, paralegals and support staff.

We focus our practice on civil litigation, including commercial disputes and bankruptcy as well as personal injury and insurance litigation. We have extensive experience in the trial of disputes involving property, medical and legal malpractice, products liability, premises liability, automobile liability, construction defects, and intentional torts such as employment discrimination, assault, battery, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution. We are also experienced in appellate practice, in both state and federal courts, business bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and insurance coverage issues including E&O coverage for insurance agents and accountants.

Our attorneys have prepared a large number of educational seminars and papers on topics of interest to our clients, particularly in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage. Many of these seminars have been approved by the Texas Department of Insurance, for continuing education credit for claims professionals.
